Defines the safety rules for the construction and installation of permanently installed new electric lifts, with traction or positive drive, serving defined landing levels, having a car designed for the transportation of persons or persons and goods, suspended by ropes or chains and moving between guide rails inclined not more than 15 degrees to the vertical.
