Gives dimensions for a range of flexible insulating sleevings of circular section, for insulating electrical conductors and connections of electrical apparatus. Includes sleevings made by varnishing or coating a textile base, and others formed by extrusion of suitable insulating materials. Covers colour, finish, dimensions and tolerance, samples, applicability of tests, test conditions, mechanical tests, chemical and physical tests, electrical tests, mould growth, accelerated damp heat and transparency.
