Sets out methods of obtaining samples of milk and milk products for microbiological, chemical, physical and sensory analysis. Handling procedures aimed at ensuring that the samples reach the testing laboratory in a satisfactory condition are described. Also discusses administrative arrangements dealing with the identification of samples and provision of pertinent information about the samples. This Standard is identical with and reproduced from ISO 707:1985.
