Relates to sampling for chemical analysis and for microbiological and sensory examinations, and sets out definitions, general administrative requirements, requirements for sampling equipment, handling and transport of samples, and specific sampling methods for milk and liquid milk products, sweetened condensed milk, butter, cheese, dried milk products, ice cream and frozen milk products, other dairy products in small retail containers, and anhydrous milk fat and butter-oil. It also sets out the form of the report to accompany samples.
