This Standard specifies the installation methods of heating facilities in general places of fixed heating lines, fixed heating sheets and fixed heating boards of the working voltage not higher than 600 V in the inside or the surface of the work pieces such as road, parking area, building material and pipe line, or under the ground, on the ground surface, in the air or in the water. This Standard does not apply to the heating line when using heating lines as one of the elements of machine or apparatus.
