专家解读视频
Defines the general requirements for the protection of electrostatic discharge sensitive devices (ESDS) from electrostatic discharge and fields. Applicable only to the manufacture and use of electronic devices. Covers how to design, use and control a protected area to ensure that electrostatic sensitive devices, having a withstand threshold voltage of 100 V (human body model) or higher, can be handled with a minimum risk of damage resulting from electrostatic phenomena.
Supersedes DIN IEC 17B-977-CDV. Partially supersedes DIN EN 100015-1, DIN EN 100015-2, DIN EN 100015-3 and DIN EN 100015-4. (02/2002) Supersedes DIN IEC 61340-5-1. (07/2008) DRAFT 2011 issued in June 2011. (07/2011)
