This standard specifies terms and definitions, operating conditions, basic requirements, test methods and acceptance criteria of the permanent magnet brushless motor systems, and the constitutes of the system, which includes the permanent magnet brushless motor, and the permanent magnet brushless motor driver. This standard is applicable to the permanent magnet brushless motor systems (hereinafter shortage for “system”), and constitutes of the system, which includes the permanent magnet brushless motor (hereinafter shortage for “motor”), and the permanent magnet brushless motor driver (hereinafter shortage for “driver”).
