Gives safety requirements for electrically operated commercial griddles and griddle grills not for household use. Applies to electrical part of appliances making use of other forms of energy, and the influence of non-electrical parts on electrical parts must be taken into consideration. Does not apply to continuous process griddles for mass production of food. Takes into account the influence on safety of components needed to achieve radio and television interference suppression.
