Establishes safety requirements for the construction, care, and use of all extrusion blow molding machines that melt (plasticize) plastic materials, including thermoplastic or rubber, and form a parison that is blown into the shape of a mold held in some form of a clamping press, whether actuated either mechanically, electrically, pneumatically, hydraulically, or by any combination of these.
