The objective of this Standard is to provide methods for the determination of radio-frequency (RF) field strength, power density and specific absorption rate (SAR) in the vicinity of radiocommunication base stations (RBS) for the purpose of evaluating human exposure.
This Standard is published with an accompanying product which consists of a zip file which contains Excel files. These files are referenced in the text. The original IEC text refers to the Excel files being embedded in the text, however they are not embedded in the pdf of this adoption. They may be obtained on purchase of the Standard, in the following manner:
