Concerned with disturbances in supply systems caused by household appliances and similar electrical equipment. Relates to electrical and electronic equipment to be connected to voltages up to 240V, single-phase, two or three wire, to 415V, three-phase, three or four wire, with frequency 50 or 60 Hz. Examples of electrical equipment covered are cooking, heating, motor-operated or magnetically driven appliances, and portable tools. Limits of voltage fluctuations are specified and test and calculation methods are given.
