Applies to fuse-links for application in equipmentcontaining semiconductor devices for circuits ofnominal voltages up to 1000 V a.c. or 1500 V d.c..It establish the characteristics of semiconductorfuse-links in such a way that they can be replacedby other fuse-links having the same characteristics,provided that their dimensions are identical.
Supersedes DIN IEC 60269-4:2001-07 (DRAFT AMD 2).
