Applies to flexible and rigid pipe joints in sewers and drainpipes which are normally operated at zero pressure and which are made up of socket pipes, rebated pipes or flanged pipes and also of pipes without any special design features at the pipe ends. It must be complied with in connection with standards on pipes, pipe joints and the corresponding sealants.
