Deals with the safety of electric storage water heaters for household and similar purposes and intended for heating water below boiling temperature, their rated voltage being not more than 250 V for single-phase appliances and 480 V for other appliances. This English-language version is derived from the original bilingual publication by leaving out all French-language pages. Missing page numbers correspond to the French-language pages. The contents of the corrigendum of March 2007 have been included in this copy. This consolidated version consists of the fifth edition (2002) and its amendment 1 (2004). Therefore, no need to order amendment in addition to this publication.
