Specifies requirements for, and a classification of, gypsum-bonded casting investments together with test methods to be used to determine compliance with these requirements. Applies to gypsum-bonded investments suitable for casting dental gold alloy which have liquid temperatures not more than 1080 Degrees C. Coverage includes: classification, sampling, packaging and marking. Also includes annexes, tables and diagrams.
