Describes general performance requirements for electronic ballasts for use on d.c. supplies with rated voltages not exceeding 250V, associated with fluorescent lamps complying with IEC Publication 81. Should also be read in conjunction with IEC Publication 924. Also gives performance requirements for electronic ballasts for general, public transport and aircraft lighting.
