Case studies in Organisational Excellence 2001 -- 2003 are the submissions of a number of winning organisations in the annual Australian Business Excellence Awards for the years 2001 to 2003. Submissions are evaluated against the Australian Business Excellence Framework (ABEF). ABEF is a guide to assist implementation of business improvement and best-practice systems and processes and is based on a set of internationally recognised principles of management that apply to all organisations. This case study is the submission from Corrections Victoria (formerly CORE, the Public Correctional Enterprise), winner of the Silver Award in 2003.
