Defines test procedures to determine stability, strength and durability of all types of domestic tables regardless of materials, design/construction or manufacturing processes. Designed to apply to an article of furniture that is fully assembled and ready for use. Not all tests necessarily apply to all types of tables. Does not apply to outdoor tables and changing tables. Specific standards exist to cover these. Test methods for assessing ageing and degradation are not included.
