Establishes methods of measuring and expressing the performance of the audio frequency part of radio receivers for sound broadcasting. It should be used in conjunction with Part 1 and, if applicable, in conjunction with other parts covering other measurements to be carried out on the particular type of receiver under test. Do not necessarily represent the audio frequency properties of a complete radio receiver. Covers audio frequency distortion and related properties, audio frequency sensitivity and related properties, audio frequency response characteristics, stereophonic characteristics and miscellaneous subjects.
