Gives the quality requirements in cases where a contract requires a supplier to demonstrate a required level of process control for the supply of a service or product. Applies in contracts when: confidence in product conformance can be reached by satisfactory demonstration of a certain supplier's capabilities in installation and production; the specified requirements for product are as a specification or as an established design. Also covers Quality System Requirements such as Management Responsibility; Quality System; Document Control; Contract Review; Purchasing; Purchaser Supplied Product; Product Identification and Traceability; Process Control; Inspection and Testing; Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment; Inspection and Test Status; Corrective Action and Training.
