General notes:
This standard is the subject of transitional arrangements agreed under a European Commission mandate. In order to allow for any changes in national regulations, the Commission in consultation with Member States has agreed a transition period for the co-existence of EN 1991-1-5 and corresponding national standards. At the end of this coexistence period BS 5400-2 will be withdrawn. Implements EN 1991-1-5 which replaces ENV 1991-2-5.
