This standard is meant to be used for type, acceptance, or factory tests. Additional or fewer measurements may be carried out be agreement between manufacturer and customer. Additional measurements should be in accordance with relevant standards by IEC publishers or by other international bodies. Does not specify limiting values for acceptable performance.
