Lays down standard conditions and methods of measurement to be used for the study of the radiation from broadcast radio and television receivers, so as to make possible the comparison of the results of radiation measurements obtained by different observers and different measuring locations. Constitutes a catalogue of selected measurements recommended for assessing the essential radiation properties of receivers of a given type. Amendment No.1 - Gives, in addition to some modifications to existing chapters, a new Chapter VI: Measurement of interfering voltages other than those caused by the local oscillator in the frequency range 30MHz to 1000 MHz at the aerial terminals.
