Defines a test method to determine the fire resistance of hose assemblies with nominal diameters not exceeding 100mm, and may be used for larger sizes providing proper test bench conditions are obtained. Provides proof of whether, after the period of fire effect on the test bench specific to iso 15541, hose assemblies continue to be tight, even if subjected to proof pressure. Wateris the only permitted medium for this test. The use of combustible test media is excluded, for the purposes of ensuring maximum safety for the operating personnel and also the test bed in the event of damage to the hose during the test.
