This Standard is included in DIN Handbook 11-2 and 197. Specifies requirements for NOT GO plug gauges with cylindrical gauging member, preferably for use in precision engineering and designed for gauging plain workpieces and (the minor diameter of) internal screw threads. Such gauges are only suitable for gauging thin-walled, and hence easily distorted, components, for gauging short holes and for gauging internal screw threads.
