Describes safety requirements for electrically operated commercial deep fat fryers not for household use. Applies to electrical part of appliances using other forms of energy and the influence of non-electrical parts on electrical parts must be taken into consideration. Does not apply to pressure fryers or continuous process fryers for mass production of food. Takes into account influence on safety of components necessary to achieve radio and television interference suppression.
