This Singapore Standard specifies requirements for:\n(a) Steel gratings in steel frames for roads and drainage;\n(b) Steel kerb-type gratings and frames.\nThe standard falls into three main parts. Clauses 2 to 9 specify general requirements applicable to the articles covered in Clauses 10 and 11. Clause 10 deals with road gully gratings and frames. Clause 11 deals with kerb-type gratings.\nAppendix A shows the various parts of a grating and its terminology.\n
