Specifies two valve series, A and B, each series differing in its maximum temperature ratings. Also gives definitions for nominal size (DN), nominal pressure (PN), class, face to face dimensions (for straight flanged valves), centre to face dimensions (for angle pattern flanged valves) and impregnation.
