Adopts IEC 62040-2, Ed. 2.0 (2005) which specifies EMC requirements for various categories of UPS systems to ensure an adequate level of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) for UPS at public and industrial locations. UPS equipment needs to meet the relevant requirements of this Standard as a stand-alone product.
