Management by Total Loss-Control describes the building blocks of a loss-control system that is simple and effective. It takes a whole-business aproach that considers health and safety, environmental and process losses. The author has considerable experience in the field and has drawn on Total Quality Management, Loss Control Management and Reliability-Centred Maintenance principles to develop an integrated system in which management of total business losses is possible.
