Describes installation in caravans, mobile catering or other non-industrial mobile units using liquefied petroleum gases whether from cylinders or bulk supply at 28 mbar for butane and 37 mbar for propane. Gives guidance on the selection of materials, components and appliances, design, installation, inspection, testing and consumer instructions. Does not cover bulk supplies of LPG. Portable appliances incorporating their own gas supply, are not part of the installation. The use of gas as an engine fuel for the propulsion of the vehicle is excluded.
