General notes:
This standard remained current until recently because it dealt with 'Class X' transformers. BS EN 60044-1:1999 (including amendments A1:2000 and A2:2003) deals with the 'Class PX' specification for transformers, which completely replaces Claxx X. Hence this standard has now been withdrawn.
