CONTAINED IN VOL 15.04, 2005Determines thermal conductivity of leather. Measures area, thickness, and temperature difference between two sides of specimen. Also for any poorly conductive material e.g. textiles, rubber and cork used in shoes for specimens up to 0.5 in. (13 mm) thick.
