Applies to the electrical installation in marinas and the low voltage (32 V-250 V a.c.) installation in pleasure craft intended for connection to the mains shore supply system in marinas. It applies mainly where the electricity is used for domestic purposes and where the connection between the boat and marina is by means of a flexible cord. Specifies requirements for fixed wiring, connection facilities, method of connection and methods for reducing the action of electrolytic corrosion on hulls and skin fittings.
