This Standard is included in DIN Handbook 11-2 and 197. Specifies requirements for cylindrical NOT GO gauging members for NOT GO plug gauges as specified in DIN 2247 Part 5, for use in precision engineering. Such gauging members are only suitable for gauging thin-walled, and hence easily distorted, components, for gauging short holes and for gauging internal screw threads.
