Gives required characteristics, inspections, test, quality assurance and qualification conditions for permissible static loads, acceptance and delivery conditions for rigid and self-aligning spherical roller and airframe ball bearings. These bearings are only designed to withstand slow rotations and small oscillations under load. It applies to all airframe ball and spherical roller bearings in a design specification or the references ISO standards.
