Defines a method for the determination of the coliform bacteria content of milk and milk products by means of the colony count technique. This method is intended in particular to samples expected to contain coliform bacteria contents higher than 100 colony forming units per gram non-liquid product, or higher than 10 colony forming units per ml liquid product.
