标准简介

Defines a method for determination of the seam maximum force of sewn seams where perpendicular force is applied to the seam. Defines the strip test. Applies chiefly to woven textile fabrics, but can apply to fabrics made using alternative techniques. Does not usually apply to woven elastic fabrics, geotextiles, nonwovens, coated fabrics, textile glass woven fabrics and fabrics manufactured from carbon fibres or polyolefin tape yarns.
