Gives the technical delivery conditions for semi-finished products, hot formed, for example, blooms, billets, slabs, bars, rod, wide flats, hot rolled sheet/plate and strip, and hammer and drop forgings, manufactured from the boron-alloy quenched and tampered steels listed in table 3 and supplied in one of the heat treatment conditions given for the different types of products in table 1, lines 2 to 3 and in one of the surface conditions given in table 2.
