Gives with reference to ISO 230-2, the tolerances that are applicable to the positioning test for linear axes, up to 2 000 mm in length, and rotary axes of machining centres. Does not deal with warm-up of the machine and measuring methods or environmental conditions that are already described in ISO 230-2.
