Specifies an additional test for the stability of a laden truck fitted with a load-handling device, such as a side shift, which can displace the centre of gravity a substantial predetermined amount from the longitudinal centre plane of the truck and is to be used in that mode for depositing and retrieving a load with the mast approximately vertical on substantially smooth, level, firm and prepared surfaces.
