Defines minimum requirements for the material, design, construction and workmanship, manufacturing processes and tests at manufacture of refillable quenched and tempered seamless steel tubes of water capacities between 150 l and 3000 l inclusive (for compressed and liquefied gases exposed to extreme world-wide ambient temperatures (usually between -50 deg C and +65 deg C). Applies to tubes having a maximum tensile strength Rm of less than 1 100 MPa.
