Defines the general principles for injection moulding test specimens of thermoplastic materials, and details mould designs for preparation of two types of specimen to be used in acquiring reference data, that is multipurpose test specimens as defined in ISO 3167 and 80 mm x 10 mm x 4 mm bars. Gives a basis for establishment of reproducible moulding conditions.
