These Guidelines set minimum standards for the selection, use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when used to protect employees against the electrical hazards within the Electricity Supply Industry.These Guidelines support the objectives of the National Electricity Network Safety Code (ESAA NENS 01) issued by the ESAA to promote nationally consistent practices within the Electricity Supply Industry.
