Describes dimensions and tolerances to ensure secure assembly between stem and handlebar bend of a bicycle. Applies to bicycles for use on public roads, and on which saddle can be adjusted to a height of 635mm or more. Excludes specialized types of bicycle, e.g., tradesmen's delivery bicycles, tandems, toy bicycles and bicycles for use in sanctioned competitive events.
