Gives guidelines on methods of sampling milk and milk products for microbiological, chemical, physical and sensory analysis, excepting sampling of ex-farm milk from individual animals and of milk within quality payment schemes. Does not apply to the selecting of a number of units from a consignment, nor is it applicable to subsequent laboratory operations.
