CONTAINED IN VOL. 04.06, 2005Provides dimensional standard for preformed rigid thermal insulation for pipes and tubing at up to 1200 Degree F (650 Degree C). Ensures satisfactory fit on standard sizes, to allow radial expansion when heated. Reduces number of sizes and thicknesses manufactured and stocked.
