Defines safety standards with their verification for designing, and construction of powered rotary and cylinder lawnmowers, including pedestrian-controlled and ride-on, lawn and garden tractors, professional lawnmowers and tractors with mowing attachments. Does not apply to lawn trimmers, edge trimmers, edgers, flail mowers, scrub cutters, sickle-bar or agricultural mowers.
