CONTAINED IN VOL 08.03, 2005Gives test methods to determine the total chlorine content of the mixed isomers of toluene diisocyanate (TDI). A measure of the amount of o-dichlorobenzene and other ring substituted chlorinated products present is the difference between the total chlorine content and the hydrolyzable chlorine content. Both the procedures apply to various organic compounds but the amount of sample that is used may have to be varied.
