CONTAINED IN VOL 04.06, 2005Determines significant properties of thermal insulation jacketing materials for ducts, piping, and equipment at temperatures -40 to 1200 Deg F (-40 to 649 Deg C), ambient temperatures -60 to 130 Deg F (-51 to 54 Deg C), and surface temperatures -60 to 200 Deg F (-51 to 93 Deg C). Does not include covers or other retaining walls containing loose fill, other non-supporting insulation materials, or containers or conduits for buried insulation systems. Does not include coatings, mastics and their reinforcements. Values stated in inch-pound units are standard. Values in parentheses are for information only.
